Training and development

Time marches on. All around us we see new trends and developments. The climate and the planet are constantly changing but the same can also be said for economics and technology. Here at Post-Kogeko we want our people to develop too. Not just so that they can adapt to change, but for their own benefit as well. We believe that our personnel should maintain their basic skills. We attach great importance to training and development as part of our commitment to lifelong learning.

Our aim is to employ and retain qualified, competent and motivated personnel. Then we can keep pace with the developments around us. We stimulate and facilitate job-related and specialism-related training, individually and collectively. A classic example is the drivers’ training course under the Code 95 programme (professional competence).
